75 Ton Heavy Duty Rotator
We prove our commitment to excellence by obtaining the best possible equipment to service our customers. Quality equipment is the foundation for giving our drivers what they need to do their job well. By doing so we look to continuously better our trucks to maintain a competitive fleet.
Our largest and most adaptable piece of equipment is our 75 ton rotator. Rotators have set the industry standard for performance in heavy duty recovery equipment. Our 75 ton rotator can handle any difficult situation. It has a boom that swivels 360 degrees, which allows for work to be done at any angle while taking up minimal lanes of traffic. It has a lift capacity of 150,000 lbs, 3 winches that can pull 50,000 lbs each, and 2 more winches that can pull 20,000 lbs each for a total winching capacity of 190,000 lbs. The boom reaches as high as a billboard and extends out past a full size transit bus.
The boom can be remote control operated with 1,000 ft range, giving our operator the option and flexibility to move around the situation ensuring a smooth and safe recovery.

Below is a 45,000lb metal coil that fell off a flatbed on the highway. The rotator is able to take up only one lane of traffic while completing the job.

We used the rotator to only use one lane of traffic and successfully upright a dump truck that rolled into the ditch off the freeway.
